Registration Instructions

Joining NEPHC requires THREE steps. These steps are provided automatically. For best results, complete all three in one sitting.

  1. Complete application form below.
  2. Complete payment via Paypal.
  3. After payment, you will be redirected to complete a waiver.

For best results, you should first have a PayPal account! This will make the payment process easier. What is Paypal?

If the process is interrupted, don’t worry. You can still finish this!

  1. First you must be logged in to the site.
  2. In the “Members Only” drop-down, click on “Account Information”
  3. Then click on hyperlink “View Details” do the right of the membership you selected.
  4. In the next page, there is a table. In the row labeled “Actions” you may see some of the following options depending on your account status: “Retry payment”, “Renew”, “Cancel”, or “Abandon”.  If you have not yet paid the membership dues, click on “Retry payment”.

After you finish the payment process, please also complete the waiver!

  1. In the “Members Only” drop-down, hover over “Account Information” and then click on “Waiver”
  2. Fill in and submit waiver.
